Homemade Baby Food!

A few months ago we received this baby food maker from Nana and Grandpa H! I have been so anxious to use it, and now that feeding Nathan solids is fast approaching I thought it would be a great time to start!

Not only was it so easy to use, but it was fun, it's healthy and of course it saves so much money! I made just under 130 servings of baby food for under $10.00!!! I started with green beans, sweet potatoes and butternut squash. The same amount of food at the grocery store would cost around $75.00, not to mention all those little glass jars I would have to find space for.

We started just a little bit of rice cereal with Nathan over the past few days, and he loves it! I can only imagine how much fun he is going to have with this tastier stuff! Just about a month to go before we give it a try!
