Yummy Yummy

This little guy sure loves his food. So far he has tasted rice cereal, bananas, apples, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and green beans. Out of all of those he really only pushed away the squash. Everything else he has done pretty well with. His favorite seems to be the bananas and sweet potatoes!

We have started doing a full schedule of feedings since he really has taken a liking to it. We do some cereal and fruit in the morning, sweet potatoes for lunch and green beans for dinner.
**Edited**- after some advice from some of my mommy friends, I think we are going to ahead and drop his third feeding of the day for now. He may be our Mr. Piggy, but we are going to give it a little break until he is a little older.

We have also been working on his bottle taking skills. If you want a review on every bottle on the market I would be happy to give you one since I own every bottle and nipple out there! So far, the only one he will take are the free ones that came with my Madela pump...go figure. Nathan is S T U B B O R N!!! He started refusing the bottle around 2 months, and it's been a battle ever since. He has just started taking 1-2 a day from me or Greg. He will get about 3-4oz down and then he swats at it with his big club hands and wants nothing more to do with it. It's major progress though considering his previous wrestling/screaming matches. Keeping our fingers crossed it gets better and better!

That's all from the food front. He's a big boy and I'm looking forward for the big weigh in come his 6 month appointment in 2 weeks!
