6 Month Survey

Since MiMa was in town, she decided she wanted to come to Nathan's 6 month appointment. Not only was it fun for her to be there, but of course where there is Grandma there is a camera!! Dr. Ball said Nathan is doing wonderfully and particularly loves his "reverse mullet".

6 MONTH SURVEY...

Weight - 17lbs 10oz (52nd percentile)
Height - 26 3/4" (50th percentile)
Sleeping habit - He has been a very good and predictable sleeper lately. Sleeps from 7pm-7am. Wakes between 4am-5am to nurse and then goes back to bed until 7. Naps around 9:00, 1:30, 3:30. Usually his middle nap is his longer one. He sleeps in his crib and goes down awake without a problem.
Eating habits - Dr. Ball said to "go crazy" with his solids!! He was happy to know we have started him on some, and said we can definitely do 3 servings a day now. Nathan has been loving everything he tries and gobbles it all up. He nurses about 5 times a day, morning, after his naps, then before bed.
Favorite activity - Sitting with his toys, his jumperoo, rolling around on the floor, playing with Louie, pulling my hair, sitting in his highchair.
Cutest Moment of the Week - Taking him to Sea World and watching his complete amazement with all the marine life. He was so interactive and couldn't keep his eyes off the little fishes (and big sharks!)
Milestones - Sits up unassisted very well now. Holds his own bottle which is HUGE considering he wasn't even taking a bottle!! He FINALLY loves it...but still not nearly as much as he does the real thing. ;)
Firsts - Trip to Sea World. Disneyland tomorrow!!
